Paul Krause has spent over 15 years managing and operating licensed 6-bed RCFEs across California. During that time, he managed more than a dozen care homes, overseeing everything from licensing and compliance to staff management.
After years of juggling paperwork, inspections, medication records, and shifting needs, Paul realized thre should be a way to modernize and created RCFE Admin, to do just that.
Paul is technically skilled, business-minded and deeply passionate about customer service. He truly cares about this industry, bringing empathy, insight, and hands-on support to every provider he serves.
